I raced in the Tiny Race today and finished 4th (showing in Zwift results and Zwift power - see screenshot). But my activity didn’t upload to companion or my zwift profile, or subsequently transfer to Strava. Please can you help me!
He rode way more than the 2k minimum. @Reggie_Hunter1205 what’s interesting is the guy that got third has a companion result for race 4, which has you in it. Same for 5th, 6th etc. But 1st, 2nd and you all result in a “the operation could not be completed” error when clicking on your result line in the results page for Tim. @Eric_Schlange_ZwftIn (or whoever orchestrates the tiny races for him if it’s not him personally) would probably be interested in this glitch.
Can you help me understand how riding a 1.2km race is way more than the 2km minimum? What am I missing?
Probably not related but there is an active bug where people crash at a finish line and get credit on Zpower and Companion but the fit file is corrupted so not on Strava.
Which operating system are you using? If you are on Windows, can you check if there is an inProgressActivity.fit file in your Documents > Zwift > Activities folder? Most of your ride data is likely saved in that file, possibly missing only the last few seconds.
This has happened before on this very same course, there’s absolutely no good reason why the course distance cannot be 2Km+ and finish on the second ramp of the hill.
If nothing else, it should be made clear on the front-end that everyone should, at least, do a u-turn after the finish and coast back down the hill. This was the last of the 4 races, so there’s no rush to get to the next.
Fair point! - I must have been looking at race 3 not 4. Still slightly weird that it made it to Zwiftpower, I guess those who have the activity showing all kept riding at least a little further?
