Through the companion app I can only enter 3 of the 4 tiny races on Saturday. The first one at 10:00am doesn’t appear and I can’t enter. Anyone else having the same issue? I can enter all four races at 4pm, if I was free to ride.
I can see it through ZwiftPower.
I can see all 4 races in all three slots. But I’ve had previous cases of events I know exist not appearing on the list in companion.
Try resetting your filters and/or force closing companion to see if that makes it show up.
You can also click the Join Event link on zwiftpower, if I’m on my phone that will go straight to the event on companion. And once you’ve signed up the event will be shown on the home screen.
Success. Thanks for quick reply. Clicking on the link sent me to the companion app and the same problem, reloading the app didn’t change things however resetting the filters worked even though the filters were set up correctly to see races (not group rides).
