The time is shows for my ride in Strava after download is always 2 hours behind what it actually is.

Keep crashing every time after save.

There were 2 instances where my rider just stop on the road for 2 sec and then started again all along I was pedaling.

Hi Steve,

  1. The time is set to the timezone for Jarvis Island, where we’ve set the Zwift course. It’s automatically selected by Strava because of its actual, physical location (the Island, not Zwift).

  2. If you are having issues with Zwift, please send us a ticket via the link in the upper right, near your name. That way we can log it properly.
