Think I need some more info on the Gorby workout


I ran last Friday the Gorby workout. 

Could ofc be this is normal (due to personal condition) but I could hardly pedal on the bike when in the effort zone. The pedaling is that hard that it’s the trainer doesn’t run smoothly anymore. I could hardly do one turn.

It was a little bit better when cranking up the watts before the effort zone but after some time the resistance became also too high to have a good experience.

Is this an issue ? Is this because of a settings ? (not sure but think this workout used ERG mode)

The trainer i’m using is a Tacx genius with the latest firmware.
