A query was raised after we (the admin) at Galaxy told all members to add [GXY] when racing. A few days that it wasn’t saving. So I removed mine and put them back, and now they won’t stay! What’s going on? I remember reading somewhere years ago that we had to use square brackets rather than round (but can’t remember why). I’ve checked and I appear to have the latest version on my iPhone 17. Thanks

I’m not sure if these are related, but there was another report of problems changing rider name in Companion recently
Thanks James. We’ve asked all our members to add the square brackets and AI has told one of them that Zwift doesn’t support such special characters!! I’m at a loss. Thanks for your input. I’ll put in a ticket just in case
Have you tried making the change in-game instead of via Companion?
