Hi, I can no longer change my name in the companion app. Is anyone else having this problem?

I just tested in Companion on iOS and could not replicate your problem
Thanks for checking. I’m trying on an apple phone and it used to work fine. iOS 26.6.1
You could try re-installing it. I’m running the same version of iOS, on an iPhone 15.

Yes, I have to change it in game now in profile menu. I am on pc win 11
That didn’t work (neither did updating on website) in game works ok. Emailed support and they are looking into it,

I’m having the same problem, i’ve tried on companion app and also via zwift.com website profile, Just says “unable to save profile” Some of my team mates also complaining of this issue since last week
Are you all trying to create names with square brackets?
