Rode the stage 5 Richmond route today, no issues during or after the ride, but in the zwift companion app, it just says ‘01/25/2021’ as the activity name. When I click on the activity, it is basically blank. Anyone see this before? I checked the zwift data folder on my PC and there is an inprogressActivity.fit file from around the same time.
The same for me today but on watopia… Do you know something new?

Yes, I had exactly this, twice! I’ve just re-ridden Richmond and same thing. First time Mac + iOS on Sunday and second iPad and iOS today. Both times I exited via iOS companion, dunno if that the culprit. :(. Both times it said I was still in the activity too.
I have emailed support as I don’t want to do it a 3rd time.
Good (really not good).

A good news: i find the activity .fit file on my pc, so no problems for strava and garmin sync
A bad news: the stage 5 for my zwift account look undone… what a sorrow

I manually uploaded the .fit file to strava and all the data is there, so not sure why Zwift had a problem with the file.
Same here. Rode stage 5 yesterday. Completed. No Stage 5 badge, No drops or elevation added.
Activity shows in Zwift but the data is blank. Interesting though that ZwiftPower shows ALL my data and the Event completed. This is after the update.

The Zwift Stage 5 Activity — note clicking on the activity does not provide any data.
ZwiftPower has ALL my data.
The stage is recorded but No Credit for Stage 5 drops or elevation provided.
No stage 5 badge.
Exactly the same for me, but not on Richmond, in Watopia (Group A)

I don’t know if this helps with debugging, but after each one of these issues, I also noticed that when I re-open Zwift and ride, I’m wearing a default new starter orange Zwift jersey. Did my bright Jersey really break the game?
This is what mine looks like. When I click on the map, it doesnt open like my other activities, I just see the Z loading image. Sent log and fit file to support email.

Rode stage 5 TDZ Richmond today and it doesn’t display any badges of completion of stage.
Strange.
I posted yesterday, provided ALL Zwift logs and .fit files and ZwiftPower log which show stage is completed successfully. My DROPS and ELEVATION were not added… so not only missing Stage 5 Badge.
Zwiftpower has all my data while the Zwift screenshot shows completion but clicking on it shows no data.
Zwift Support said they are looking into it but they also stated: “We are not able to guarantee credit for rides, so please understand you may not receive it.”
Really, I did NYC KOM 476 meters of climbing and NO Credit !! I’ve been on Zwift one month…
Guess my wheel upgrade won’t happen …
Same thing happened to me today. Finished stage 5 Richmond, but no badge en impossible to open the activity. On restart my avatar was wearing the standard orange jersey.

@_R_L Same thing happened to me. I sure hope there is a way to get credit for completing the course.
