TDZ stage 2 Run faulty

My wife planned to run in Stage 2 of TDZ On Wed 13 Jan at 1700 (UK). When she Started the run the distance only showed 2.4km instead of 9.3km. She got the badge but was disappointed that she only ran a short distance when she’d planned for a longer run. The next planned runs tonight show 9.3km. Was there a glitch at that time and did anyone else have a problem
