Tacx Neo can be seen by computer (PC) but not the program

My brand new Tacx Neo is detected by my laptop (windows10) intergrated bluetooth 4.2 and it is connected to it. But zwift does not see it in the devices. How can i fix this?

Zwift are not able to utilize the Blue tooth from your Windows Pc. 

You have two options.

  1. get a usb Ant+ dongle (i assume the Neo has Bluetooth and ANT+)

  2. download the ZML (Zwift mobile link) for the Google play store for Android or from the apple store to you phone and use that as a blue tooth bridge. (both PC and Phone need to be on the same network)

For the record, you will need to use the Zwift Mobile Link on your mobile device.
