Hi.
Searching for som help to connect my Neo2T with my PC.
Last time (6 month ago) I rode they connected fine. Only difference is I use a stationary gaming PC instead of laptop.
I connect with ant+. The Neo can connect with the Tacx app so I guess nothing wrong with the Neo. There is no other devices disturbing. Have reinstalled the zwift program. Tried to connect with the bluetooth but didn’t work either.
Thankful for some help.

Hi @JohanS
Shuji at Zwift HQ here.
Looking through your server logs - I can confirm your last session in April everything paired over ANT+ FE-C.
Now - your ANT dongle is not detected. Maybe try unplugging the dongle, and insert into a different USB port?
Check Windows Device Manager and see if Bluetooth is disabled or needs a driver update. If something is wrong with your USB port, Device Manager should indicate that as well.
This Microsoft support article provides additional information for resolving Bluetooth problems.
Thanks for reply!
Checked the USB port and it’s ok. Will check the ant dongle and Windows device manager.
TBC.
Thanks Shuji!
If I understand correctly you’ve switch from PC to laptop (or the other way round).
Personally on my Windows 11 laptop, I found that the Ant+ drivers are not installed by default. I had to download them from Garmin.
Hi Mark
Thanks for reply!
I’m using a pc right now. Maybe I can try to download the ant software from Garmin.
Thanks!

Hi Shuji
Ther were a lot of updates that needed to be done on the PC, after that I could connect to Zwift.
Thanks for the help!
