While using my Tacx Neo 2T through the companion app to my apple tv-4k I have major drop outs after a while. Its only the Tacx Neo as my HRM is providing data and all other riders info and my comments still show. Completely ruins the day.
All are fully updated to latest versions etc.
However when I connect directly through a bluetooth connection there isnt any issues. But obviously if I wanted to add another device I wouldnt be able to due to the Apple tv’s limited available connections.
Has anyone had this issue and know if there’s a fix.

No, carried out speed test and was a very strong signal on download and up load.
Its specifically the trainer that is losing connection. Everything else is completely fine. HRM, game stats conversations etc.
All works perfectly when I change from connection via phone (companion app) to bluetooth.
Fault/issue is with the Tacx to companion.

I’m not sure what’s going on. If you have a different device to test Companion pairing on that might be interesting. Otherwise I’d contact support since they have access to some Apple TV log data, but you don’t since it’s the one device that gives you no Zwift log file access.
