Tacx Flow smart connecting but power and speed stay 0

Hi All

Just gor a 2nd hand Tacx Flow today. It connected easily via bluetooth and zwift could see unit. But when i start riding my rider does not move and they power and speed stay on 0.

Ive noticed that when i got the unit the 2 plastic housings were not properly clipped together, this has caused the fan to rub against the circuit board and remove the track from the PC board for the optical speed sensor. ( i think). Has anyone else had this issue? Or if you have a Tacx Flow could you send me a picture of the PC board so i can attenpt a repair.

Any help appreciated

Did you test it using the Tacx app and also check if the firmware is up to date?

If you are lucky enough to live in the UK, you might also ask The Turbo Trainer Doctor. He’s probably seen almost every type of failure with popular trainers.

Yeah tried with Tacx app, it connects to bluetooth, but when i want to calibrate it, it just shows 0 km/h when riding. Also the firmware is already upto date.
