I am going to cancel my Apple Zwift subscription and move to the Zwift yearly. I missed the renewal day in Apple. Do I need to wait until the end of February to cancel it and resubscribe or can I subscribe or right now?

I assuming your Apple subscription is monthly based on your description? You can cancel the Apple subscription at any time, and your sub will stay active until the end of that billing cycle.
