Swiping Issues and workouts not being saved

I recently update to newest Zwift version on my Ipad (Game version 1.103.0 Build number 153100). I’m doinf 10-12 W FTP Builder Plan. After this update all information about workouts I did is deleted, also when I make new workouts they are not tagged as done. Addtionaly horizontal swiping on this workout plan does not work (strange thing for first 4 weeks it works and then I can swipe). That does not allow me to complete all workouts. Any siggestions?

Hi @Kamil_Trojanowski welcome to Zwift forums!

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked through your server logs and noticed another change recorded today: your iPad updated from iOS 18.6.2 to iOS 26.1. We’ll get to that in a minute.

I’m also seeing you log in to the game from that iPad without a clean log out (meaning: save-and-exit or trash-and-exit). On this end, that might indicate that Zwift crashed. Did it? If it didn’t crash, the other possibility is that you’re just swiping the app into the background instead of logging out. The server will try to keep that previous session open for a period of time in case the app actually crashed.

To avoid problems, always save-and-exit (or trash-and-exit) to close out your session.
Additionally: we recommend force-quitting the Zwift app. Apple’s support article shows you how. This terminates the app (you want that) which is different than swiping into the background (which leaves it running).

Today’s session is the first time after an iOS update. When Apple updates an OS, they also strip app permissions to use Bluetooth. This means that Zwift won’t be able to see the Bluetooth signals that your trainer is broadcasting. Be aware this happens when you update iOS. It sounds like you’re tech savvy and can figure out how to manually grant Bluetooth permissions, but Apple doesn’t make it easy. The simplest way is to uninstall and re-install the main Zwift app, then say yes when it asks for permissions.

Hope all that helps you ride smoothly!

Hi @shooj thank you for quick reply. I will try all things you said but I think it is not a reason for that. As I wrote earlier I had all information about workouts I executed and that was updated properly. At the moment when I upgraded to newest version of Zwift (few weeks ago) data was deleted and from this point no workouts are marked as done. Also previously horizontal swiping used to work, now it is not the case. The weird thing is that it works from this FTP builder unit W4 and then for following weeks it does not work.

I also removed and reinstalled ZWIFT on my iPad. I have a workout tomorrow let’s see if it helps with saving data. Swping still does not work
