I purchased this pod less than a month ago. Everytime I try to sync at the start of a workout the app doesn’t recognize it. I must unscrew the back and remove the battery which is guess resets the pod before it is recognized. Anyone else experience this? Do I need a replacement pod?

Couple things you might try:
- Reset the Run Pod by flipping the battery over, and insert that way for 10 seconds.
- Try a fresh battery? This solves a lot of issues.
