Support Chat on Website doesn't work [June 18, 2024]

I have an issue with my order on the website but the live chat button on the support page doesn’t work. How do I contact someone to get this resolved?

Try this in Chrome or Edge (doesn’t work for me in Firefox).

  • open an Incognito/InPrivate window and go to support.zwift.com
  • when prompted about Cookies, click Accept All (it’s incognito mode so they won’t stick around)
  • now go to the bottom of the page and click the Contact us beside the “Not finding what you are looking for…”

When I do that, the chat window opens.

Thanks. That did get me to the chat window, but when I try to start at live chat the window disappears. I was able to use their email form so maybe that will result in something.

Judging by posts in the forums the chat feature hasn’t worked for a long time. Pretty unbelievable.

For a user who needs support but does not come to the forum, how do you expect they will get help if they can’t use the chat feature? How many people are falling into that crack and being frustrated or giving up when they could actually get help? This is very sad to me.
