Rode the strength training workouts and failed on most of the 10 sec power Sprints. I thought I was well above the minimum during the entire 10 sec. I’m a beginner and wonder if there is something I am not aware of.

Hi Ron,
I’m new too so I may have this wrong… I have found that the 10 sec sprints are impossible to do perfectly due to the lag in reading power output. I think, also, that you are meant to be close to the target, not way over it. Instead, if you turn on ERG then it is easy to do the sprints perfectly as the resistance on your trainer is controlled by Zwift.
