I ride my wahoo kickr in doors on Zwift then push to Strava. (Also do outdoor rides and push from Wahoo app to Strava). From Strava I automatically push the data to apple health.
Works great because each workout applies the data to close the rings. Aka the calories from Zwift pushed to Strava count towards the day. As well as the workout time for the green ring. But one thing that is very annoying is that the heart rate doesnt show up in the health app. See screenshot. For HR i use a chest strap. I don’t like to wear the watch while cycling.
