Sterzo doesn’t conect sometimes and says that Zwift won’t connect beacuse it needs to be updated?? No update available now though and I upgraded the Sterzo firmware.

did you update using the Upgrado app.

Yes,upgraded with latest firmware with upgrado

I have a Sterzo and make sure it’s always the last thing to connect - i.e. I don’t “wake it up” until my other 4 devices are Connected.

It’s certainly worth experimenting with the order of things.

Clint, I have a sterzo and I have experienced the same thing. It seems to be random. I can attempt to connect and get the upgrade required prompt and, without any upgrade, restart zwift and it connects no problem.
I run zwift on a windows 10 pc with everything connected via bluetooth.
