Stages Power Meter keeps dropping out

Hi

I am using a manual non smart turbo trainer and a staged power meter on my bike for power and cadence.

I have just signed up to zwift and done two rides now. Both of these rides the power drops out every 10 seconds or so. It’s really off putting.

I have tried via Bluetooth and Ant but it’s a problem with both

Any ideas please
