Stage 3/ Off the Maap / Power to the portal

Anyone else get a DNF after completing the third stage? I Finished the stage but didnt get a finishing banner or climb time up the Willunga climb portal. No results on zpower either.

I finnished stage 3 today and got my hat.
But should there be still some email or so to register the lottery?!? At least I have not yet received any

How long ago did you get that DNF? It was supposed to be fixed yesterday, but the fix won’t correct previous results.

The ride was this morning just a few hours ago. Bit of a bummer to not get any results

Now I’ve heard a couple more reports of this from today. I guess their fix yesterday was no good. I told the person who informed me about it and they’re looking into it again.

I had same issue this monday… I tried Stage 3 a second time the day after (today, Tuesday evening) and it worked.
But I did not receive any mail saying I completed all the stages and any links to the IRL MAAP kit.
Marketing idea was really good but it’s a shame they didn’t make it real.

If you contact support they can credit you for the stage

@Enzo_Ceausu I completed Stage 3 yesterday and got my email a few hours later, so I can confirm that it is real (not just marketing). Hopefully yours will come soon!

Is there a way to do stage 2? I believe I missed that one.

Stage 2 looks to be available this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday

I got the same issue
Finished the race, now showing DNF!
Hope they fix the issue for me

Emailed MAAP and they said Zwift should have send me a link, but they gave me the link to the shop anyway.

But …

No way I am going to spend 500 euro’s on a kit … these prices are insane.
The idea was to give me a nice Christmas present, but that is not going to happen anymore.

How can I do that? On the Zwift home page I only found a way to contact a “Zwift ambassador”. Could you please provide a link or email address?

Thanks for your feedback. Still no news on my side, I don’t think I’m going to receive it anymore.

Zwift ambassadors can forward your request to the staff who can resolve it. You can also email support@zwift.com.

Received my email from Zwift last night. 1½ days later so just patience everybody

Is that what MAAP is charging? That’s too expensive. I don’t know what their current kit is like but the shorts from some years ago weren’t all that great.

Jerseys are nice though.

I might just email Zwift support and tell them don’t worry about fixing up this for me - save them the effort. I’m not paying that much for MAAP kit and not interested in TDU.
