I didn’t realise I was not subscribed to Zwify e-mail notifications. Is there any way to get a spinback without this?
You’ll have one more opportunity. Please opt in to the email notifications before December 16 2024 and you should get yours then. Here’s how to update your email preferences.

Just got this email. You might want to stop sending them because it’s missing all the data it’s supposed to include. Looks like it’s an adblock issue.
Edit: Confirmed it’s an adblock issue. All previous Zwift marketing emails have not had this problem, something is different causing the images with data to get flagged by ublock origin.

Yes, some adblockers will cause this issue when using a web browser. If you’re looking at your email on mobile, it’s more likely you’ll see nothing out of the ordinary.
I confirmed that it works fine on my phone. This has not been an issue with any other Zwift promotional emails, something is different with this one and triggering my adblocker (which is a popular one and I have nothing out of the ordinary configured in it).
What about those of us who were opted in to receive email ( i even got the hat for it ) but did not get it.
If I did not get it in this round, then how will anything be different on the next round if I’m already opted in?

I noticed I never received an e-mail with a summary of my Baseline events. And apparently, there are e-mails about a summary of our Zwift career (“Spinback”), which I didn’t receive too… I’m pretty confident my preferences are ticked on:
I’ve checked my spam. A while back, I didn’t receive e-mails for achieving the november challenge or the 10-year-Zwift events too.Can someone look into this please?

No Spinback email for me, even though I have triple check I am subscribed and have never unsubscribed from mails. I have also not received any notification emails on my Baseline workouts
Same as Michael: no data. I tried on PC, iPad and iPhone.

I didn’t receive spinback, or any other email from Zwift
And like you, I have my email settings set to receive from long before.
I checked spam/trash folders and filters.
This time, just in case, I changed the email setting to not receive, saved, and then set it back to receive again and saved. I don’t know if it will work.
Perhaps a good number of Zwifters are experiencing similar symptoms?
I would like Zwift people to investigate the problem.

I appreciate you mentioned that another round is coming up, but when looking at the faq, it clearly says.
“ No sweat if you weren’t opted in to receive emails then, we’ll send the email again on December 10, 2024 to people who opt in after December 2, 2024 and one last time on December 17, 2024 for anyone who opts in after December 10, 2024.”
None of those apply to me since i will not have opted in after those dates.
I was already earlier opted in and was missed.
I am just hoping that whatever problem caused some of us to be missed will somehow identify us and include us, rather than just targeting those people who opted in later as the faq states is the case.

For me, it still doesn’t work on my phone. I’ve tried looking at it through my gmail inbox, my outlook and my mail app on iphone and the data doesn’t show up. It works fine for the Baseline emails and data on all of these platforms.
Hey all - the final Spinback email will be sent next Monday, Dec 16 (17th in some time zones).
As long as you’ve opted in to emails and didn’t previously receive a Spinback email), look for it next week.
Hi, still no spinback email here. as I wrote above, I have quadruple confirmed the email preferences and checked junk/spam folder - before Dec 16.
Same here, checked everywhere, all files & folders and fully subscribed but no spin back email from Zwift
Finished the last Baseline event about 30 minutes ago. No results email and no Spinback email either.
As expected, despite the specific questions I had going unanswered and just being told to be patient and wait for the next round, I never did get one in the end either.
In fact I had forgotten about it until it was mentioned on a podcast, so dug through all my emails and nothing :/.
