Zwift seems to have abandoned their customers - and suggesting that the onus for making a paid service work fall to the customer is simply not current.
FWIW to OP - I’m crashing every single session since the ‘update,’ running on a dedicated machine, sent an email 5 and 4 days ago, and have yet to receive a non-automated response.
At best someone decided to update a product with a buggy release immediately prior to a holiday weekend. At worst, it looks like we’re not very smart to pay them $15/mo.
