Never had this problem before, but for a while yesterday on my ride my Watts were 200 (and felt like it) but my speed was 6mph - incline was bouncing between -1% and 0. I don’t believe it’s a trained issue (Wahoo Kickr) because the watts displayed were accurate. Any thoughts appreciated.
