Show topology map in the Companion App

I think it would be beneficial to be able to see the topology map (ie hills) in the Zwift companion app. This topology map is currently viewable on the main Zwift app but not the Zwift companion all. Apologies if this topic is already discussed in a different thread. Otherwise, I’d love to hear any thoughts on this topic.

This got mentioned on another thread recently.

Personally I would really like to see something similar to Garmin Climb Pro in the companion app.

Started writing the following before I found this thread:
I’ve been using the dashboard screen (basically the same stats showing as a head unit) a lot in companion this season. It got me thinking of a feature that could be added to the dashboard screen to make current climbing gradients and upcoming climbs more visible to users. Think Hammerhead Karoo series head units which show climbing gradients of current climbs (usually a the next few hundred meters to a kilometer ahead) and upcoming climbs. This would be a nice feature to have included on the dashboard screen or even a separate dashboard elevation screen. I know the in game screen shows a small elevation profile below the mini map but it is too small to get any useful information from most of the time.

Here’s the biggest thread on that topic. Beneath the first post in it you can see links to several other similar topics.

These are longstanding requests that have seen no action. Not to say it will never happen but it’s clearly not a priority.
