Automatic screenshots of the race results are not working. Windows 11.
And could Zwift please enable manual screenshots while the results are showing? Before this totally broke, it would often times take a screenshot when the results weren’t on screen yet. And if you finished several seconds before others, the screenshot doesn’t capture their results, which is slightly annoying.

I can’t help with the screenshots problem but you can see the same results in Companion or your feed on my.zwift.com and make a screenshot of either one. Unfortunately ZwiftPower results are incomplete

The discussion you linked to is similar to what I mentioned about mistimed screenshots. But let’s simplify it by looking at my current issue - an automatic screenshot of the results is not taken at all. This started within the last month or two.
In addition to that, it has always been the case that manual screenshots are disabled while the results screen is up, which I just find annoying and inconvenient. Not sure what the idea is there, but it would be cool if Zwift would enable manual screenshots. I’m using the keyboard shortcut, something like F10 maybe.
Well now I’m getting a screenshot after crossing the finish line, but it doesn’t show the results. So I’ll check back on that other post you linked me to, since it might be similar to that.
I’m a bit new to Zwift (and totally to this forum), so sorry if I’m posting this on the wrong place.
But I think this issue has still not been fixed? Or it broke again? As this bug seems quite old.
Anyway, I believe I’m experiencing exactly what this discussion started with. This happened for a second time now already for me and it’s becoming annoying especially when you feel a bit proud of what you did and then you don’t get a proper ‘reward’
Your screenshot shows the results screen correctly, so if that was automatically taken, I don’t see the issue. If you had to manually take that, then yes that’s a problem. If you’re expecting to see more riders in the list, they just haven’t finished race yet.
FYI - this whole issue is fixed for me personally.
F10 does not take any screenshot anymore if you wait until the list gets populated with more finishers.
Oh I forgot about that part of the issue. I’ve been using the companion app to take the screenshot, but as I mentioned, the auto screenshots have been working for me recently at least.
