For some reason, we are unable to take a manual screenshot while the results screen is up. There is a common bug where the automatic screenshots don’t work properly. Could we just enable manual screenshots?
In the meantime, can you use the Companion app to take the screenshot?
Hey @Dave_Konicek - I see you’re Zwifting on Windows. Are you taking screenshots with the action bar, or by pressing F10?
I was using F10 on Windows. Sounds like other methods of taking a screenshot might work? Is the action bar accessible while results show? I can also try the action bar in the companion app as suggested.
F10 was going to be my suggestion, I can bring this back to the team to see if there’s an issue with F10 on this specific screen.
Companion app is usually how I take screenshots in screens like the ride summary where action bar is no longer available, so definately give that a try. I’ll let you know what I find out about F10.

F10 hasn’t worked for a while on end results, not sure exactly when, but it’s been… some time.
I’ve been forced to use companion, after having to disregard the popup on companion after an event to return to previous location.
It is 100% a bug, just haven’t actually thought to report it.
I’ve since disabled the game taking any screenshots after it causing crashes since the start of summer updates at random times. But yeah, for some reason F10 doesn’t work specifically on race results screens.
I was getting a lot of crashes, which resolved after I disabled video screenshots, as sad as I was to have to turn them off. Have you tried just that, while keeping picture screenshots enabled?
I’ve had video screenshots disabled forever, I never had those enabled; probably never will, so no, that wasn’t the issue on my end. Not sure I’ll ever know.
I have no interest in recording video or doing anything with it (then got mad I discovered my phone can and did on an event I lost internet and had to do a TTT on my phone via cellular lol!)
As for the end results screenshots; my main “issue” with them is it always takes it too soon, so the results etc. weren’t fully displayed, so I always ended up taking a manual screenshot anyways once it was fully fleshed out.
So in my case it’s not the end of the world either way.
More of just a minor annoyance I can’t use F10 specifically.
@John_Zwift My assumption in this specific case is that Zwift is just waiting on you to clear the results screen with something like escape? (I’m not actually sure I’ve never tried), before accepting any other keyboard input, so it disregards everything.
Yes, mine are taken too soon as well. There’s an old article mentioning a delay that’s set, but every device takes a different amount of time to load the results, so some screenshots are off. It doesn’t really provide us with a fix, but may be a hint for developers to fix this. I have a super quick PC and graphics card, so it’s odd that timing would be off. However, I’m live streaming and have a couple apps open. Is my PC too quick (photo too soon), or too slow (bogged down by live steam), who knows.
It’s never NOT worked for me - ride yesterday for example - one auto and one manual using F10 (on Win10). It stopped the doing the screen flash not long after the results format changed.

Well that’s even more weird then; because as said mine used to work; and only stopped like sometime earlier this year; maybe late spring / early summer?
Hey everyone, just wanted to follow up and let you know I’ve brought this up to the approprate team and we’re going to look into some of the weirdness on this screen. I think for now, the best workaround is to use Zwift Companion for these screenshots. I don’t have any timelines to share for now, but happy to keep providing more feedback if other users are getting different experiences here.
