I am not sure when this started as I had a few weeks away from Zwift, and also changed my lap top and applied Zwift updates recently. However now when I try to take an in ride screen capture using the ‘camera’ icon on the companion app, the screen kind of freezes/hangs, there is no ‘flash’ of the screen and nothing is captured. Is anyone else having trouble capturing screen shots/photographs from companion and if so is there a solution?
I used it last night and it worked fine. Make sure your companion app is also updated, that might be the issue.
Not sure I changed anything before or since. But capture appears to be working again.
