I have an email stating that I completed the SBS Fondo ride last Sunday but I can not see the kit. I would have thought I could select it in the normal place or has there been an issue?
There is a bit of an issue we’re currently trying to iron out. It could be a little while before those kits are delivered, but we are working on it.
If you’d like to email us at email@example.com and attach the fit file from the event, we can offer to hold the ticket until the wave of kits go out and add an item request if you’re still missing your kit by then.
