Hi guys, I hope you can help me.
After I finished a ride, I save and want to go back to the main menu.
The sofware save but then it freeze, never go back to the main menu.
So I have to force closing it, restart…and than I can do a ride again. Why?
There’s not a way to save and than go in another event / ride without doing "force close / restard software?
I tried to uninstall and re install the software but nothing chage.

What are you running Zwift on? If you see “video screenshots” in the game settings, turn it off and see if that helps.

I’m using a Lenovo Yoga 6, with AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics
Do you think it is the laptop? I think is not bad or too old
That laptop should be fine. Windows machines with the Ryzen 7 CPU have video screenshots enabled unless you turn it off. That feature sometimes causes problems.
