Can't save my ride

Before the ride I upgraded to the latest software update on my laptop (MS Windows 11 Pro). During the ride the typical ‘power ups’ were not working. Only after I finished the course was I able to get a ‘power up.’ Once the ride was finished I clicked ‘Save’ and the rotating icon in the Save bar doesn’t stop spinning. Thus, it doesn’t save. And since it’s not saved it doesn’t upload to Strava. My internet connection is strong and the Zwift Companion app runs smoothly. I’ve taken some screen shots and contacted customer support. Today’s date is 9/4/24.

We appreciate the detailed information shared and we understand how important it is for you to sort this out so you save your activities properly, no worries, I’ll be providing information.

I’d like to let you know that I checked the support ticket you opened and I could see our team is waiting for your reply after sending some instructions.

In the meantime, I’d like to ask you to disable disable video screenshots on the affected PC.

Give this a try and once you’ve done this, we suggest you reply to our team so they can work with you directly and sort this out soon.
