Hi, when I try to save my ride, I’m stuck on the “End the ride” page. I click the button “Save my ride” but it keeps circling. Is there a bug on the new patch ?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. That issue has not been reported yet, and if it were a mass incident, we would have heard by now.
I suspect that there’s something wrong on your particular Windows 11 machine. Let’s start by having you try a complete uninstall and re-install of the Zwift app. This article will walk you through the steps, which is a more complete removal of the app than the usual Windows uninstall utility.
I’m looking through your server logs and am seeing signs that you might also be having problems pairing your Elite Avanti trainer in the Pairing Screen. Is this correct, or are you able to pair to trainer > go to home screen > start your ride without issue?
Hello Shuji, it’s just for this particular ride. I haven’t encountered any problems about the pairing for now. I can still go back to my ride it’s not frozen. I guess I’ll have to delete this ride and go for the uninstall/re-install process.
I have been having this issue for the last two weeks, since March 6. I never get to the weekly streak page. Its happened to me about 9 times.
I uniinstalled the app and then reinstalled the app. I am still having trouble getting past the save screen. I have to force close the app and restart. ughh
