Saris H3 Power Connection

Hi guys,

Has anyone had or has any knowledge of a issue with the Saris H3 power connection point at all. It feels very loose and sometimes won’t turn on or loses power half way through.
I have entailed Sari but haven’t had the best experience previously with there customer care.

Same issue here; fixed by plugging port with blu-tac and taping cord to the trainer!

Not elegant however…

So… Having had a good look at the port there is a split down the middle. I got a Stanley blade a separated the pin slightly and now the connection is good again.
