Samsung s9 overheats

Would it be possible to allow the screen to shut off and still allow zwift to run and track my activity.

I experience overheating and app shutdown. I always turn my display intensity to very dim but it does not help.

I thought about occasionally turning the screen off so it would cool down but then the app does not run and keep track of my activity.

I have an S9 Note, encased in an otterbox, and have never experienced this issue.

My S9 overheated on my second ride after 24 minutes. I have a life proof case. Maybe I’ll remove it and try to shutdown background app.
