Runpod calibration fails

It’s a couple of months now that I’m unable to calibrate my Runpod.
Every time I try to calibrate it, after first 40 second of slow speed calibration, Zwift crashes.
Sometimes it happens even before that.

I wrote to support, they suggested to update my drivers, which I did, but without results. Now they’re escalating my issue to the techincal team, but meanwhile I’m losing hours of sleep trying to fix this.

The major error, analyzing logs, seems to be:

[20:08:53] NETCLIENT:[INFO] Auxiliary Controller failed to connect to socket: ‘Impossibile stabilire la connessione. Rifiuto persistente del computer di destinazione.’ (10061)

This happens all the time, several times, just before Zwift crashes (a system event is created).
I tried to rollback to the last configuration that worked (Intel UHD graphics driver and Bluetooth driver from 2019), but still no luck. Windowed mode, no luck. Low details, same.

I suppose the issue is related to graphics or BT drivers, but I’m not sure.
My computer is an HP envy, Intel i5 10th gen.
Calibration worked fine until April.

Please if you have anything in mind, I’m desperate bc is getting cold outside and I can’t Zwift.

ciao Andrea. Hai trovto una soluzione? Ho appena acquistato il RunPod ma non riesco ad effettuare la calibrazione tramite Zwift conn win10. Sono riuscito con app su android, ma non vedo perchè non debba funzionare anche con windows.

The issue seems to be related to bluetooth drivers or graphics drivers. I updated them both, but without any luck.
Please someone help us!

UP. Same issue on Win10 on Surface Pro 7

And it seems this affects specifically italian zwifters… :sweat_smile:

Support has confirmed this is a known issue and it will be fixed. Let’s wait :slight_smile:

Finally, it seems the bug has been fixed :slight_smile:
Not sure in which game update (i was a little out of game since the beginning of january) but today I was able to calibrare RunPod on Windows PC without errors or crashes

Now RunPod is perfectly aligned to the treadmill speed :upside_down_face:
