Running freeze of speed

Hi, last night kept suffering drop outs in running speed at regular times. The game didn’t freeze as the frame rate kept changing slightly and my sensor connections seemed stable, but I would suddenly stop running and then start again. Checking zwiftalyzed it seemed I had UDP timeouts, but having done a network test for a few hours today have had zero issues, not one drop, delay etc. Any advice would be gratefully received. (ps I have done no updates on the offending PC, no windows updates took place, virtually no other software is on my zwift PC). Also had done a bike race beforehand (finished 10 mins before) and had no issues
