Not sure whats going on, or why it’s not actually working, but I have tried 3 different laptops, 1 phone and 1 tablet, and every single time it connects in the pairing menu, and the I go to start a run and it immediately says connection failure.
I’ve tried removing the battery, flipping it upside down to reset the unit. It’s a brand new battery, so I know its not dead, and since it’s connecting its definitely fine.
I’ve tried deleting an reinstalling, checking for updates, and all that junk. It’s a Zwift pod, so it should have zero issues, and it makes no sense that the connection doesn’t work. NOTHING else is connected to zwift, not even my HRM.
One thing I’ve discovered, if my Pod has connected to another device in the past, it will sometimes connect to the PC I am using, then drop out and find the older device. I had to manually remove the pod from all devices other than the PC in the Bluetooth settings
