Connection Failure (Running) - Runpod is connected to Bluetooth and in app when I try to start running I immediately get a Connection Failure. Happens on iPhone and iPad., has new battery, WiFi signal is good. Removed and reinstalled Zwift App. Ordered another Runpod…still the same results. Saris Smart Bike Trainer beside treadmill connects and performs with no issues. Long delay reaching initial online support which passed case to Support Specialist. Any help would be appreciated.
Is there any chance that the RunPod has been connected to another device? I used to connect my RunPod to a laptop that I would take to the gym for Zwifting on their treadmill. When I added a home treadmill the RunPod worked fine, until I made the mistake of turning on the laptop. Then the RunPod would connect to my main PC initially, but once I started running it would report a Connection Failure. It took a while to figure out why, but for some reason it would find the laptop and decide to connect to it.
