I’ve noted a bug following the end of an event. I wanted to finish the 5 freeride for the 1000xp of Route Chaser : The grade
Today was my last ride on Radio Rendez-vous.I finished it but the event Route Chaser : The Grade stays at 4/5 instead of 5/5
How can i fix it ?
Is there is a way to refresh ? Is it because it’s the last one ?

I also completed Radio Rendezvous yesterday as part of the Route Chaser challenge and did not get credit for it. Got the badge/bonus xp though so I know I completed the route correctly.
Power to the Tower 2x with no badge or update on the challenge as well.
Hey all - thanks for flagging it up. I’ve relayed to the team here to see what happened.
I’ve completed the last 3 Route Chaser : The Grade today. I’ve got the XP of every route and when I look into the “course completion” I can see that I’ve finished it but the Route Chaser completion rate still stays at 2 out of 5.
I reached out to Zwift Support and apparently it’s a system delay and by the end of the weekend automatic crediting for completion should have caught back up.

I"ve reach the support in order to give the same information. They updated manually my account to make the challenge completed.
ALSO
they escalate the issue to the techical team in order to find out the bug.
I’ve planned to do an other challenge and i will see if the problem is still present
Done all routes, got the confetti and the 1000xp but no badge. Is there a badge for this challenge?
