Rides are not uploading to Zwift, Strava, Garmin Connect

I have problems with Zwift since 19.04.

This ride has not synced with Strava and Garmin Connect. Activity is visble only on Zwift Companion but i can’t see details - “activity details could not be loaded” (rolling Zwift logo, nothing else).

Since that moment all my rides are not uploading to Zwift, Strava, Garmin Connect on my devices!! Now missing many rides…

Tried uinstall and reinstall app but still the same. Also tryied disconnecting Garmin and Strava in Zwift settings, then reconnecting - still not working.

I ride on Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with Android 10.

I am having the same problem for the last week. Using a Windows laptop and Iphone.

Hi. I have the same problem since three days ago and I did the same activities that you did but still not working too. I have written to Zwift support but they haven’t responded. have you solve this problem?
