Ride ons not showing

When I do certain group rides i sometimes have no ride ons when finished I go to my activity on Zwift companion and I will have had about 25 anyone have any idea. Many thanks

Yeah Iā€™ve seen this too. Symptoms include:
Ride ons donā€™t appear during the ride even though afterwards I could see I received them during the ride.
Ride ons from friends donā€™t appear as a ride on, but as a notification from the Companion app.
No chat messages from other riders or group leader.
Even though other riders are visible and are draftable, they donā€™t actually exist in my reality, so I get all the special KOM and sprint jerseys. :crazy_face:

Many have reported issues like this. The general solution seems to be to restart the app before every ride (this includes NOT using the ā€œJoin Eventā€ button if youā€™ve already been riding) and to also force quit the app, and companion app, for each ride if using iOS. Iā€™m not sure what the bug in the software is, but this seems to get around it.
