Ride history OK on iPhone app but not on iPad & Website?

Hi.  

I’m new to Zwift - I’ve got a paid subscription and done a few rides now using the app on my iPhone.  Same log on details used for the app on my iPad and on the my.Zwift.com website.

When I log on to the iPhone app it shows I’ve done some rides and knows I’ve got a subscription.  When I log on the same app on my iPad it doesn’t show me having ridden any rides and thinks I’m on a free trial.  Same with logging on to my.Zwift website.

Does anybody know how I can resolve this and access my rides on my iPad and the website?

Hi Rick,

While I understand you tried the same login information on iPad and Zwift.com compared to your iPhone, it’s important to note that iPhone automatically saves/caches your login information so that you don’t need to enter it every time you launch the app. Regrettably, my guess is that this problem is the result of your having two different accounts. 

We can take a closer look at your account situation and investigate this matter further, however for your privacy, I recommend that you please submit a support ticket and one of our Zwift support team members will be happy to further assist you.
