Replacement adapters needed

I have just received my new Zwift Ride frame and am now in need of adapters!!
Anyone know where I can get hold of replacement adapters for the Zwift Hub Classic, for a thru axle?? I can’t get anywhere with Zwift support, no response, ordered from another supplier and the thread is too small by 1mm.

You’ll need to wait for support to respond. They will probably give you the adapters. I’m not aware of another source. I guess if you could find Jetblack Volt adapters those should fit but I haven’t seen a source for those either.

Thanks for you quick response, it was as I expected…having to wait for Zwift Support. In two minds to just send the frame back.

@FernandaA, I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for your help! The parts arrived and I’m back hitting the open Zwift road :grin:

A recommendation that might help reduce the volume of contacts Zwift is receiving…… send the adapters regardless of what people are ordering, the Ride and Kicker Core or just the frame. There are so many posts on other Zwift groups/forums asking where they can be sourced.

Get in touch with Zwift support and they will help you out. But you’ll need to be patient aince Zwift are struggling with a high volume of support requests at the moment.
