Reebok FR30 Exercise bike resistance

Hello everyone. I recently got a reebok fr30 exercise bike and i would like to know what is your experience with this bike.

I get a huge delay in changing the resistance. The bike changes 1 lvl of resistance every 10 seconds in zwift which means that when i’ve already reached the top of a hill and am already going flat the bike is still changing up in resistance. when i start going downhill it will take 1 minute to change 10 levels of resistance out of 32 that the bike has.

Has anyone ever got this issue? is it a faulty bike or some type of bluetooth connection issue? or is it just not compatible. It seems to work fine in kinomap, for example the resistance will changes from 7 to 12 in one change, not go 1 by 1 every 10 seconds.

I don’t see the Reebok FR30 on Zwift’s list of compatible devices, so I’m guessing it’s not supported, even though the Reebok site seems to indicate it is.
