I have a 2023 reebok fr20z floatride +. It connects to zwift just fine. But once on the run screen the kph indicator stays grey, not white, and the avatar doesnt move. I tried it with my garmin phoenix 7 watch and it does the same. I have tried via android phone, windows laptop and apple tv with the same issue. Reebok sent me a new dongle which i updated the firmware and still have the same issue. It works fine on the reebok app. I am completely oit of ideas, any help very much appreciated thankyou!

I’m sorry to read that your Avatar is not moving. I reviewed your account and found some Bluetooth disconnections from the FR20z Floatride Treadmill from Reebok.
Please note that the usual cause for Bluetooth dropouts is wireless signal interference. Check out this article for tips on how to prevent this from occurring.
