Recovering from injury

Hi all, I am recovering from ankle reconstruction, I am 5 weeks post op and thinking I need to start spinning some easy miles on my turbo. Pre injury I was an experienced rider, although I am a bit of a novice on Zwift.
I am not sure what I should be doing program wise - I just want to be able to spin the pedals to start with is the ‘just ride’ the only option or are there other things I could be looking at on Zwift.

Just ride is probably the best place to start, no need to do workouts yet.
