Realistic or Suspicious?

Was on the new island yesterday.   Noticed a rider with all jerseys who maintained 6W/kg for 2 laps solid.   No flag (exclamation points) noticed on the rider.

Also, 2 laps on the new island is double the distance of the original, so to me, that’s a significant human feat to do 20 kms at that effort.

Maybe I’m cynical?
