Has anybody else had problems with reactivating their account? I’ve paid and had confirmation that money has been paid to Zwift from i tunes but it’s still asking me to subscribe and not allowing me to use it?
Same happened to me. Paid a week ago. No reply yet from Zwift support. Have now missed my window to ride today so it’s rather annoying
Hi Gill I e-mailed them and they got back to me later that day and could see the payment had been made and they manually activated my account and all seems fine now. Hope you get it sorted soon.
