Hi, today I did my first race. Upon logging again in Zwift add I could see my km, elevation and time spent on Zwift increased accounting for the race. Now it went back like I never did the race but the activity is recorded on Zwift companion.
Is it possible to also have it on Zwift app in some way? Especially to recover the new ftp after the race that I do not remember
This is a normal thing when you have two copies of the game running on different devices. Did that happen? If so, pick one and delete the game from any others.
You can still find the fit file for the activity on the device you ran the game on and upload it to intervals.icu to get an estimated FTP (eFTP).
Apologies for making confusion. I only run Zwift on the app on my iPhone and I check Zwift web (I thought this also went under the name of companion) to see recorded runs.
As said, I see the run in my feed. I know for sure the run was recorded of the app since when I login and I select my profile, the stats don’t include the last race I did, i.e. it says my total kilometres are 117 (which adds up to the previous runs I did) vs. 140km it should be after the race. What is even weirder is that at the first login after the race I saw the updated stats, but now it went back
These total 116.5km or the 117km you see on the web. Is an Activity missing?
Where there might be some confusion is a Zwift problem. Several people spot, when they look at their ZCA, in their first week of use is that their ‘All Time’, ‘30 Days’ and ‘7 Days’ analysis figures do not match. If you have only been on Zwift for less than 7 days you could assume all three must match? On Zwift ( from what I generally see) they don’t.
If you check out your own figures you will see you have done:
All Time - 117km
30 Days - 139km
7 Days - 139km
[ Don’t try and balance your Elevation in the first week !]
If you want to know your FTP log in to Zwift game and click in top right hand corner on your profile picture. Then click on ‘My Profile’ and your FTP should be shown on that screen. I’m guessing around 185.
Three links below may be useful, especially if you like to review your numbers and to know what’s happening on Zwift.
I think this is the source of his confusion. The above numbers show an All Time distance that is LESS than the 7 days or 30 days distance, which doesn’t make sense. And the 7 days and 30 days distance is what he’s thinking he should be seeing, while the All Time distance is what he is seeing in his activities.
It looks like there is an activity included in the 7 and 30 day values that isn’t in the All Time value.
