Prom Code not working

I have a promo code from my new trainer and when I entered the code it said it redeemed the code but when I checked my account it still showed the free trial thing so I entered it again but it said the code was already used. It shows on the promo part of the website that the codes been redeemed but on my account and on Zwift it still says I need to upgrade. Do I have to wait for the trial to finish until it actives or is there something wrong?

Hi @Stefan_Tomescu, welcome to the forums. I believe you do need to wait until the trial is over, then the free month (or whatever the promo code was for) should kick in.

@Stefan_Tomescu I have a slightly similar issue. I have redeemed my code as well and my trial has ended but zwift app still ask me to renew. Is your problem got resolved? Thanks.
